Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and methods to achieve high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tooling and fixtures that support production needs.
  • Provide proactive support for daily production activities, ensuring seamless operations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
  • Lead and support medium- and long-term projects focused on optimizing production and meeting customer requirements.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements and participate in external and internal audits as needed.
  • Promote best-in-class standards through Right First Time (RFT) principles and maintain industry-leading practices.

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
