Trade Compliance Professional

Key Responsibilities
The Trade Compliance Supervisor will manage and develop day-to-day trade compliance matters within Gulfstream Aerospace. This includes managing the IPR program, ensuring existing programs are maximized and compliant, performing compliance checks on all entries and establishing and maintaining a system of checks, and ensuring all HTS codes in the UK are accurate and up-to-date.
Additional Responsibilities
The Trade Compliance Supervisor will also be responsible for the management of ECCN and export control, supporting the implementation of CBAM in the UK, and providing general support to the Senior Compliance Officer. Additionally, the Trade Compliance Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of Specialists and ensuring that all staff members are trained on relevant systems and procedures.
Requirements
Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in trade compliance is essential, and applicants must be able to effectively learn and operate within Gulfstream enterprise systems, web-based applications, and 3rd party productivity software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
