We are seeking a skilled Industrial Efficiency Engineer to join our team at the Tech Connect Group in Farnborough. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient manufacturing processes and methods to achieve high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement tooling and fixtures that support production needs.
  • Provide proactive support for daily production activities, ensuring seamless operations and resolving issues promptly.
  • Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
  • Lead and support medium- and long-term projects focused on optimizing production and meeting customer requirements.
  • Evaluate compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements and participate in external and internal audits as needed.
  • Promote best-in-class standards through Right First Time (RFT) principles and maintain industry-leading practices.

Our client offers a highly competitive salary ranging from £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
