Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

I. Production Efficiency
• Developing plans to efficiently use materials, labour, and equipment;
• Communicating and achieving production efficiencies aligned with staffing levels;
• Embedding lean principles within the department and driving continuous improvement.

II. Departmental Administration
• Regularly reviewing and adjusting staffing levels to meet production needs;
• Clearly communicating production priorities and schedules to the team;
• Handling daily personnel matters;
• Overseeing general departmental administration;
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment;
• Purchasing necessary inventory.

We offer a competitive salary range of £16,500 - £17,500 per annum, based on a 25% overtime allowance, resulting in an estimated hourly rate of £16.50ph - £17.50ph. You will also enjoy a generous holiday package, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme.
