Our Product Management Team is Recruiting

We are seeking two passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Product Management Assistants for a 13-month placement. As a key member of our team, you will provide support in managing key operational elements, including the management and coordination of the internal pre-series fleet, review and maintenance of product reference materials, and coordination of all internal and external enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a fleet of 20+ cars, including showroom and external displays, and facilitate the viewing and evaluation of new models prior to launch by key stakeholders.
  • Undertake detailed competitor analysis for each model to highlight our relative strengths and weaknesses in the market and support our Product Managers with their decision-making regarding the specification and pricing of future vehicles.
  • Educate the wider business about new models, via 'New Product Previews', creating awareness and excitement prior to launch. Attend customer-facing events such as Goodwood Festival of Speed and PGA Wentworth, as product specialists.
  • Maintenance of Product Libraries, a key reference tool for our sales colleagues, to ensure that all standard and optional model features are accurately detailed and priced.

Requirements:

  • Studying towards a Bachelor's degree and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Business Studies, Marketing or a related field.
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry; strong BMW product knowledge is desirable.
  • Strong relationship building skills and a professional level of customer service.
  • An excellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings.
