Cybersecurity and Identity Product Manager

As a Cybersecurity and Identity Product Manager at QinetiQ, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the vision and roadmap of our Digital Enterprise Services Product team. Your role will involve leading a team of specialists responsible for the user satisfaction, value, cost, availability, and lifecycle of our products, ensuring duplication, inefficiency, and obsolescence are driven out and risk is effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with Business Owner(s) and key stakeholder groups for your Products, and use those relationships to understand and optimise the value your Products deliver to the organisation.
  • Work closely with the in-sector support and Service Management teams to ensure that your Products are deployed, operated, and consumed effectively across the business.
  • Collaborate with other Product Owners, including those delivering components or platforms that your Products depend on or depend on yours to deliver an integrated, cost-effective service to the organisation and/or its customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience of detailed experience in IT services within an enterprise level IT environment.
  • Experience of full-lifecycle accountability for a technology or product domain delivered in a complex business environment.
  • Knowledge and awareness of Microsoft Cloud platforms (M365, Azure, Identity and Information Security).
  • Strong Information Security background.
  • An ability to turn business strategy into practical direction for a technical team.
  • Awareness and understanding of IT & Corporate systems and solutions, current trends, and emerging technologies.
