Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at Hunter Selection. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our external clients through various channels, including email, ticketing systems, and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective IT support to external clients
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
