Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Transaction Advisory Projects: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, valuations, and strategic deal structuring.
  • Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing tailored advice and insights on capital deals and growth strategies.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of complex transactions, working closely with both internal teams and clients to meet critical deadlines.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes, translating these insights into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, develop client proposals, and build long-lasting relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (5 years+) in M&A advisory, capital markets, corporate finance, or related fields.
  • Expertise in financial due diligence, valuations, and transaction structuring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial models and data.
  • Excellent client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships at senior levels.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
