About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Daimler AG (Canada). As a key member of our Executive Office, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management and customers
  • Apply commercial knowledge and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues sensitively and efficiently
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaints
  • Produce comprehensive and professional summaries and updates on cases and their progress

Requirements

  • Strong customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
