Job Title: Clinical Lead Psychologist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Lead Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our team of psychologists, as well as developing and implementing clinical programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team of psychologists
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services
  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment plans for clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, and community partners

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and program development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
