We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.
The successful candidate will have a recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. They will also have experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs, as well as experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Clinical Team and coordinate the line management of team members
- Hold a therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network and team
- Contribute to staff training and consultation
- Support the integration of our services with other provisions
- Work collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead
Requirements:
- Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
- Experience in providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
