About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading our in-house Clinical Team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Clinical Team, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives
  • Identify and address any clinical or operational issues that may impact service delivery

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)
  • A 30-hour working week, with flexible working hours to suit your needs
