We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team and working collaboratively with our Senior Leadership team and Locality Clinical Lead.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the line management of the members of the onsite clinical team
- Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with complex profiles of need, including autism and neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs
- Hold a therapy caseload with the support of our clinical network and contribute to staff training and consultation
- Work collaboratively with the site to ensure the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision
- Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Valid and up-to-date professional registration and membership of a professional body
- Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
- Experience working within adults services
- Clear and concise report writing skills
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team
- Ability to work independently
- Full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle
