About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality assessment, consultation, and intervention plans for our adults.

The successful candidate will have a doctoral-level degree in Psychology and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You will have substantial experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with individuals with complex needs, including intellectual disabilities and autism.

As a leader and manager, you will be responsible for holding a small caseload and contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. You will also be expected to collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering a holistic, therapeutic approach and has the ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners. You will be a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality assessment, consultation, and intervention plans for our adults
  • Manage a small caseload and contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
  • Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
  • Work collaboratively with a range of key partners to deliver a holistic, therapeutic approach
  • Contribute to the development of the service and implement strategic plans
Requirements
  • Doctoral-level degree in Psychology
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Substantial experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including intellectual disabilities and autism
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults
