Job Summary:
The Senior Broker will be responsible for generating new business from leads and developing existing relationships to drive revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of JLD Recruitment Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
- Monitor and analyze business performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within the insurance industry
- Proven track record of business development and revenue growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
