Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in our new store opening in Romford. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find their ideal bed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, listening to customers' needs and guiding them to find the perfect fit.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their sleep preferences and recommend suitable products.
  • Use our market-leading sleep technology, Sleepmatch, to help customers choose the right mattress for them.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, including general housekeeping and display updates.
