Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to progress in store management? We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Hornchurch, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
  • Contribute towards the success of the store by ensuring the highest standard of customer service, achieving targets, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels, and support with the recruitment and development of volunteers.
  • Work with the manager to generate stock and achieve expectations within campaign activities.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Supervisory experience.
