With an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, we are seeking a talented Harvest Manager to join our team at Harvester. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success.

Job Description
  • Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service that wows our guests.
  • Be a role model and guide development within your team.
  • Lead the team to deliver moments that exceed our guests' expectations.
