About the Role

We're seeking a talented Store Manager to join our team at Costa Coffee in Leatherhead. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers, while also driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to maximize sales and profitability
  • Monitor and control controllable costs, including stock, labor, and training
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with the wider Costa Coffee team to achieve business objectives

About You

We're looking for a motivated and experienced retail professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You'll have a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to think ahead and see the bigger picture. You'll also be a natural leader, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team to achieve their best.
