Key Responsibilities

At Card Factory, we take pride in celebrating our customers' special moments and are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our thriving team.

The environment is dynamic, our expectations are high, and we embrace it wholeheartedly. The store can become quite bustling, so the ability to handle numerous customers, busy checkout counters, and various tasks simultaneously is essential. However, you will find enjoyment in the role, and you'll soon see why a touch of enthusiasm is vital in our workplace.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently to assist each customer in commemorating their life's milestones.
  • Efficiently and courteously process all transactions while promoting additional products at the register.
  • Accurately price and display merchandise and stock.
  • Collaborate with the team to receive and unpack deliveries.
  • Assist with inventory counts, which may require working outside of regular store hours.

Previous retail experience is not mandatory when starting your journey with Card Factory. We prioritize personality and a genuine passion for customer service above all else.
