Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food Service Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present food to the highest standards, using your excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Contribute to the success of our business by identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food service or retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our business.
  • Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
