About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Randstad Tech IT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with our clients in the food industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell Sensitech's integrated information management systems and temperature-monitoring devices to major food chains and retailers in the UK and Ireland.
  • Account Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets for large multi-national accounts.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the company, and collaborate with sales colleagues to support harmonized global account management.
  • Market Analysis and Forecasting: Provide rolling forecasts of projected sales and assist in defining future market needs through collaboration with the Product Marketing Management team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in food sciences, business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of demonstrated sales experience in the food and/or retail markets, promoting the sales of consumables, equipment, and/or services.
  • Skills: Strong systems skills, knowledge of MS Office applications, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Travel: Ability and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory and occasionally to the Sensitech EMEA office in the Netherlands.
