Business Development Manager Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and developing new opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and manage existing sales pipelines and new business opportunities
* Work closely with our stores and call centres to leverage inbound enquiries for business growth
* Build and maintain a portfolio of potential Regional and National Accounts through research and databases
* Manage key national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagements

**Requirements**

* A natural ability for business development, with a knack for building and nurturing strong relationships
* Strong planning, prioritisation, and diary management skills
* A full driving licence and own transport are essential
