Job Overview:

The role of an Adult Advanced Practitioner at Mansfield Community Hospital involves working with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional care to elderly patients in our geriatric non-acute/rehabilitation wards.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the Trust's advanced practice strategy.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary support and resources to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Must possess strong clinical knowledge and skills in geriatric care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
