Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our multidisciplinary team as a Senior Clinical Breast Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and guidance to junior doctors and nursing staff, while also contributing to the development of breast surgery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular audit and evaluation of breast surgery services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the management of breast cancer and benign breast disorders.
  • Lead the training and assessment of junior doctors in breast surgery.
Requirements:
  • Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in breast surgery, including training and assessment of junior doctors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £**£124,000 - £171,000 per annum**, depending on experience.
