CV-Library, a leading company in the recruitment industry, is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join their Central Functions - Human Resources team in London.

Salary: £17.58 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Temporary HR Administrator to deliver accurate HR administration across all disciplines and provide excellent first-line support to our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line support on various HR tasks such as joiners and leavers administration, benefit administration, payroll processing, and employee changes.

You will also manage maternity/paternity and other family-friendly policies, promotions processes, absence management, and annual leave.

In addition, you will assist with HR projects, lead elements of them when appropriate, maintain accurate employee data, and produce timely MI for HR Business Partners and Business Line Heads.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using PeopleSoft, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and HR databases
  • Experience working with HR-related software and systems
  • Previous administration experience in an HR environment is desirable, along with a good understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Previous experience of working to deadlines and performance targets
