About the Role

The Graduate Project is looking for a highly skilled HR Talent Development Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the HR lead in advancing the workforce strategy, offering critical input when needed to ensure initiatives are effective and contribute to successful people partnering.

You will also contribute to the planning and execution of organisational changes or restructures at various levels, providing guidance to managers on the wide-ranging human impact of proposed changes.

A comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert HR guidance and support to both managers and employees.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers on organisational changes or restructures.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
