About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Care Worker. This role involves working with children aged 6-17 who have experienced trauma and neglect, providing one-to-one therapeutic care in line with their care plans.

You will be responsible for creating a safe and positive environment, supporting the children on social and educational activities, and working closely with a fantastic team and supportive manager to ensure the children's needs and requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Enrolled on or completed Level 3 or equivalent in Residential Childcare
  • Experience within Children's Residential Childcare or a similar setting such as Youth Work
