Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Development Manager for Security Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our electronic security products to businesses and organizations in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our electronic security products and stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including email campaigns and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
  • Provide basic technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and collaborating with the technical team for more complex technical inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression, generating regular sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security or CCTV industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate electronic security concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Estimated Salary: £58,000 per annum.
