Change Process Manager

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Change Coordinator at our client's site in Wymondham. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, coordinating change requests and business-as-usual activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end job management process, ensuring all clients' change and BAU activity is met within agreed service levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve working procedures to optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with Operations teams to provide timely and accurate job instructions
- Log and progress SPIN actions with Operations teams
- Manage all change activity accurately via the change database
- Collaborate with Composition and Technical teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of jobs and change requests
- Oversee the end-to-end job management process through ProdMI and DSS Work Tracking systems
- Work closely with Planning and Operations teams to schedule work into Production
- Ensure accurate information is available to support daily production meetings
- Issue management and escalation as appropriate
- Involve relevant parties in timely completion of impact assessments
Requirements:
- Office working experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Background in change management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
Estimated Salary Range: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
