About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Administrator to join our team at GTS International Ltd. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the accuracy of pension administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client interactions and produce detailed reports to ensure seamless communication and transparency.
  • Utilize your expertise to provide top-notch service and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Background in financial services or wealth management, with a proven track record of client liaison and report writing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
  • Ability to commute to our office for a hybrid work arrangement.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
  • A discretionary annual bonus of up to 10%.
