The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for coordinating repairs, conducting property audits, maintaining training records, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Action and coordinate repairs from fire risk assessments.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual shop audits, ensuring compliance with safety standards and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and update training records related to H&S.
  • Provide coverage for the H&S inbox during holidays, ensuring timely responses.
  • Identify, field out, and request quotes for follow-up works, ensuring multiple quotes are obtained when required.
  • Regularly update the maintenance sections of the Property Guide.
  • Maintain and update the Maintenance Condition Register for all properties.
