About the role

As a Shop Manager at Greggs, you will lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service in-store, through delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your key responsibility will be to ensure customers have a fantastic experience when shopping with us, whether they order in-store or online.

During a typical day, you can expect to:

  1. Drive high performance through recruitment, training, and development, and colleague engagement
  2. Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain excellent standards of the shop
  3. Keep a close eye on things like wage controls, waste controls, and customer service standards
  4. Roll your sleeves up and get involved in food preparation and serving customers
  5. Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming

About you

If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, have lots of experience delivering excellent customer service, and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or within retail, this could be the role for you.
