Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Stock Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our store staff, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that stock is accurately processed, located, packed, and promptly transferred in and out of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing, and transferring stock in and out of the store
- Meet deadlines to deliver products to customers at the promised time
- Maintain clean, tidy, and organized operational areas of the store
- Work across all areas of the store, including sales floors, to provide fast and friendly customer service
- Collaborate with store team members, reporting to Coordinators or Managers as needed
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, be calm and efficient under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
