Are you looking to make a difference in retail this autumn/winter? We're seeking a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Fullbridge area.

This role will be based in Tesco Maldon, where you'll work in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

About the role:

This role will be based in Tesco Maldon.

Weekly hours: 8

Shift pattern: Core working days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday but hours can be spread across the week dependent on the availability of the successful candidate.

How you'll deliver excellence:

  • You'll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
  • You'll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores

  • Able to commit to the hours listed above
  • Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
  • Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus
