Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain excellent communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Respond to customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Use your problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise.
  • Receive and interpret project requirements, working closely with the Project Manager.
  • Create accurate quotes using the database.
  • Source subcontract quotes from cost-effective suppliers.
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure the use of correct suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in POS Retail Estimating/buying industry.
  • Strong written English, numeracy, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
