Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Project Controls Assistant to support major infrastructure and construction programmes. In this role, you'll enable successful project outcomes by supporting the integration of planning, cost management, and risk processes while working with a collaborative and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating programme plans using project-specific software.
  • Supporting risk and opportunity management processes and producing detailed reports.
  • Assisting with document management and maintaining digital resources, such as Power BI reports.
  • Managing change control processes and providing governance support.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for internal and client use.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with strong communication, organisational, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Teams, is essential. Experience with planning or reporting software such as Power BI or MS Project is desirable. Knowledge of construction/infrastructure projects and project controls frameworks is a plus.
