Job Description: We are seeking a Youth Employment Advisor to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. As a Youth Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping young people achieve their career aspirations by providing them with careers information, advice, and guidance in schools, colleges, and training provider premises across Tameside.

Your key responsibility will be to engage with students and learners, creating individual action plans and managing a caseload of customers. You will also provide support in the provision of careers and labour market information, ensuring learners have access to the resources they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering careers information, advice, and guidance in educational settings
  • Engaging with students and learners to create tailored support plans
  • Developing strong working relationships with learners and educators
  • Supporting the provision of careers and labour market information
  • Ensuring learners undertake required research, learning, or completion of application forms

Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 6 IAG qualification
  • Proven track record in inspiring learners through impartial careers education
  • Good understanding of the local labour market

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum.
