N.E. Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency, and we are currently seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our prestigious client's team in a beautiful food-led country pub located near Upchurch, Kent.

Salary

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 per annum, including a base salary of £26,800 and a generous share of weekly tips. This is a 45-hour contract, and transport is essential due to the location.

Job Description

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the smooth day-to-day running of the property, supporting management and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. You will assist with training and supervising your team, maximize revenue, and ensure compliance with statutory legislation, including Health and Safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, experience working in a similar environment, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. You should also have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and supervise a team effectively.
