The Event Coordinator plays a critical role in the end-to-end management of events, including registration, attendee management, logistics support, and administration. This involves full liaison and coordination with attendees, including coordinating registration, travel, and accommodation requirements, as well as preparing event documentation and providing on-site support.

The Event Coordinator will work closely with internal Event Managers and clients/attendees to provide information and support as needed. This role typically supports an Event Manager in event delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics, including registration, travel, and accommodation requirements
  • Prepare event documentation, including agendas, schedules, and attendee lists
  • Provide on-site support during events
  • Liaise with internal Event Managers and clients/attendees to provide information and support
