Student Success Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic professional to join our team as a student success coach.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with students, teachers, and families to develop and implement personalized learning plans that promote student success.
  2. Provide targeted support to students with SEMH and EBD, helping them to build resilience and achieve their full potential.
  3. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and deliver inclusive and engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
  4. Monitor and assess student progress, using data to inform instruction and make data-driven decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with children who have SEMH or EBD is essential for success in this role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and families.
  3. The ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals is crucial for delivering high-quality support.

A salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is available for the right candidate.
