Role Summary:
The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will be responsible for promoting a culture of compliance across all departments and functions, ensuring ethical standards are upheld and policies are implemented effectively. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and update college policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to communicate policies effectively.
• Monitor college activities to identify areas of potential non-compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance initiatives.
• Prepare reports for senior management, regulatory agencies, and accrediting bodies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, public administration). Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or related field, preferably in higher education or regulation.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Benefits:
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience: £35,000 - £45,000 per year

In person/Hybrid flexible. Occasional travel to other UKMC campuses may be required.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 per year.
