We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Services Warranty Administrator to join our client's Global Warranty department in Peterborough. This is an initial 12-month contract, which will extend for the right person.
Key Responsibilities:- Process claims for global customers, conducting warranty claims adjudication to a detailed level, making rejection/acceptance decisions based on the financial and technical credibility/accuracy/validity of the claim
- Challenge the validity of claims when applicable
- Track and measure Warranty performance vs business planning and report to key stakeholders
- Work closely with local and global teams to gather input for warranty issues
- Be actively involved in process improvement and reengineering, including documentation, failure costs trend analysis, reporting, and training
- Demonstrable experience liaising and negotiating with customers, and reacting quickly to the business needs
- Data management/analysis using Excel, creating and using pivot tables, and reporting/documenting information
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team, either from home or in the office
- Salesforce experience would be an advantage
