About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Success Manager to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Client Success organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory plans to proactively engage clients throughout their lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through virtual meetings and regular communication
  • Drive client retention and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify sales opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs
  • Contribute to process development and organizational growth projects to improve client experience and drive business results

Requirements

  • Senior level experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs
