Head of Client Accounts Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of the client accounts department, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with Team Managers to establish individual targets, conduct regular catch-ups, and facilitate appraisals to drive team growth and development.
- Work closely with Directors to maintain operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client account functions, procedures, and reporting tools within CFP Winman Software.
- Conduct thorough account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Provide expert guidance on lettings procedures, rules, and regulations to ensure team members are equipped to handle complex situations.
- Foster a culture of team support, training, and motivation, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Recruit, manage, and develop high-performing team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Offer exceptional customer-focused support, addressing escalated queries and diffusing challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience in client accounting, with a deep understanding of client account functions and procedures.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and motivate others.
- ARLA Qualified, with knowledge of CFP Winman software and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
