About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Resourcing Operations Manager to join our team at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). As a key member of our digital recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our high-touch and high-impact digital recruitment and onboarding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles within the digital and data framework.
  • Support driving continuous improvements across the recruitment process, using data and insight to inform stakeholders on complex resourcing issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve knowledge and capability for hiring managers and the digital recruitment team.
  • Champion improvements and best practices to ensure the recruitment process is transparent and inclusive.

Person Specification

We are looking for a resilient and inclusive leader who can demonstrate experience in supporting teams through complex scenarios. You will have a creative problem-solving outlook, promoting a solution-focused culture across the wider resourcing team. Experience of using data analytics to influence decisions and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
