Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Identity Lead to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a leading recruitment agency, we are committed to helping businesses find the best talent, and we are looking for someone to help us refresh our brand and take it to the next level.

Fusion energy is set to revolutionise the way we generate power, and we want our brand to reflect this innovative spirit. We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our brand refresh project, developing a new visual identity that showcases our expertise and passion for innovation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing rebranding projects, including developing brand strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and working closely with stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with our team to implement the brand refresh.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand refresh project, developing a new visual identity that reflects our values and mission.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy, including marketing campaigns and messaging.
  • Implement the brand refresh across all touchpoints, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing rebranding projects, including developing brand strategies and creating marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


£70,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
