At Gartner, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Global Conference Revenue Growth Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our Conference Registration Partner (CRP) management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the CRP team to drive growth in conference revenue and attendance.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.

About This Role:

  • You will manage 6-8 CRPs in a geographic region to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • You will work closely with CRPs to develop and implement sales strategies to drive pipeline activity and growth.
  • You will lead performance management of CRPs and create individual development plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • You will have a comprehensive understanding of relevant sales compensation plans and be able to explain them to CRPs.
  • You will encourage and champion training efforts to ensure CRPs have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • You will conduct review and plan sessions with CRPs to discuss their progress and set goals.

About You:

  • You must have a minimum of 3+ years of proven consultative sales experience in high technology (services, software or hardware).
  • You must have demonstrated ability to lead and mentor subordinates.
  • Prior management experience is preferred, but not required.
  • You must be able to deliver company objectives and develop plans to execute against these strategies.
  • You must have a proven ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and structure innovative solutions that provide IT decision support to global organizations.
  • You must have established C-level contacts and knowledge of the global issues they face.
