Advanced Clinical Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with the general practice team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of our clinical services and quality improvement initiatives
- Experience in a primary care setting
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential
- Ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata, 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, and in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
