About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Building Administrator Assistant to join our team at the Nottingham Magistrates Court, located in Nottingham City Centre. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to work within the courts and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing administrative support to the building support team,
  2. Receiving and responding to inquiries from the public,
  3. Managing general correspondence,
  4. Collaborating with external contractors,
  5. Performing various administrative tasks,
  6. Occasional lifting may be required as needed around the site.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated administrative experience in a similar environment,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism,
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines,
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
